Consumer Health HelpLine :: (800)272-4232

Note:
Remember, HCFA is an independent, statewide consumer advocacy organization.  We are not a government agency.  We work to improve the health care system.  The HelpLine is one of the most important tools in our work and has been replicated in many other states.

Health Care for All’s HelpLine is a free resource available to everyone simply by dialing 1-800-272-4232. The HelpLine is here to answer your questions about health coverage in Massachusetts.

We can answer general insurance questions, tell you what free and lower-cost programs you may be eligible for, and help you to apply all in quick and easy telephone call.

You can contact us by phone or online. Either way, a Helpline counselor is able to help you with your health coverage needs.

HelpLine Telephone Service
